Born in Amposta in 2004, he began cello lessons at the age of 5 with teacher Naiade Martinez at the Lira Ampostina. From the age of 9 to 18, alongside his lessons at Lira Ampostina, he received private tuition initially with Professor Iñaki Etxepare and later with Professor Oriol Aymat.
Additionally, he attended masterclasses with renowned cellists such as Asier Polo, Timora Rosler, Cristoforo Pestalozzi, Peter Thiemann, Roel Dieltiens, Johannes Moser, Gustav Rivinius, and many others. Since 2022, he studies at the University of Saarland (Germany) with Professor Gustav Rivinius.
During his training, he has received awards in several competitions, including the XVI Musical Interpretation Prize in Girona, the Jaime Dobato Benavente Young Cellists Competition, the Grand Prize Virtuoso Paris Online, the BBVA Music Prize for Individual Talent, the International Cibulka Competition, and the David Popper International Cello Competition. He was also awarded the Extraordinary Prize for Professional Artistic Training in Music by the Generalitat de Catalunya and received the Ezequías Wardwell Scholarship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
As a soloist, highlights include his participation in the centenary celebrations of the Pau Casals Orchestra in 2021, performing Cant dels Ocells at the Barcelona Conservatory Auditorium with an ensemble of twenty cellos. He has also appeared in university concert series, performed as a soloist with Friedrich Gulda’s Cello and Wind Orchestra Concerto at the New Year’s concert in the Chapel of L'Aldea in 2024, and performed as a soloist with a wind band at the Stefaniensaal in Graz.
Additionally, he has taken part in chamber music festivals such as the Delta Chamber Music Festival, collaborating with renowned European musicians.
